Everyday Change Through Creativity: Ecofeminist Collage & Placard
Workshop
This Workshop draws inspiration from ecofeminist activism that considers the relationship between people and the environment.
It opens discussions about how images, sounds and feelings encountered as environmental concerns can be transformed from an embodied experience to an expressive visual and material form.
This can serve as a reminder of the experience and a way to think through feelings and challenges, and locate
ways to engage capacity, hope and resilience through the making of placards, the ultimate sign of protest.
This workshop will be led by Miriam Kent and Clémentine Debrosse, who together bring a
rich depth of perspectives on ecofeminism, creative practice and well-being.
The workshop is limited to 20 participants so be sure to book your place early!
